— For best results, take measurments over undergarments.
— Hold tape firmly, not tightly.
— Keep tape measure parallel to the floor.
— Match your measurments to the above size chart. If measurments fall between sizes: order smaller size for tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
— If measurments for chest and waist correspon to two different suggested sizes, order the size indicated by the chest measurment.

CHEST — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape firmly under armpits and around shoulder blades.

WAIST — 10 cm below natural waist for men and 8 cm for women.

HIPS — Measure around the fullest part of the seat/hips.
